beauty, makeup, natural hair, learning, networking etc!!! my first relaxer when i was nine, and from then on, on and off i relaxed my hair. soon enough my hair and hair line became thin, i soon learned the art of disguising my abused hair by weaves and braids, but i got fed up, and decided to give my hair a rest, so i braided on and off, when i took out my braids i noticed that my bald hair line had grown back and i had some inches of new growth that was so thick and curly, it was obvious what came in a pack could never be better than what i had naturally. i did my research on utube and heard these stories of ladies , like myself who wanted to break the trend of relaxers, and learned how to take care of my natural hair. so on 2nd Sep 09, i BC i never realized my natural hair was so lovely, now instead of hiding it down with cornrows and weave, i fluff it with shea butter, olive oil and see the beauty in it more and more each day.
