Just got Final Fantasy bow around level 460, I started collecting Crystals around level 300. My tips are don't complete a level unless you are getting both crystals and only use Crystals in-game when fighting the bosses

It is simply a camera trip. The ice-cream is placed in a cup with a magnet or a piece of metal at it's base, the cup is stuck upside down onto a board, then the camera is turned upside down. @SuperPeterJa If you hold two it would counteract/neutralize the resistance when straightening your back. A weight in your other hand would act like a counterweight on a old fashioned scale and make straightening your back easier. Only use one and switch sides.
