I love lead singers with slight speach impediments, and low gruff voices, yet not too low or too gruff. I'm easy going in most areas, but very specific about my music.
If I like you, If I'm your fan.......well, I will try to control myself, and I will treat you with the high grade respect, and you will not know, just how important you are to me, because I don't want you to think I'm a stalkerfan. But, I cannot stop thinking about your music, and talking about your music, and promoting you, and I will always love you for what you've done for my life.
I don't want to intrude on your space, so I will not disrespect you by trying to get into your business, take up too much of your time or your space, and I will not go to any length to aquire a souvineer from you, like a guitar pic, or a drumstick. I will not jump in front of another fan, or try to get an item at any cost thrown into the crowd. I would rather have you give it to me, if you want me to have it. However, I do want to know about you, where you're from, the story of how you became who you are, etc. Just because I find it very interesting.
I will try to meet you, and talk to you a bit, get a picture with you, and a few things autographed. I will buy your albums, t-shirts, lawn chairs, coffee mugs, stickers, etc. I will sometimes buy a lot of the same CD, and pass them to my friends. I will not try to get free passes to your shows, I want you to make money , so I'm happy to pay that small fee for the experience. If I get a free ticket, I appreciate it, but I probably already bought a ticket, so I will bring a friend.
I will use "Word of Mouth" to promote the hell out of you, because I want everyone to be as happy as I am when they hear you. If I'm your fan, I'm on your side. If you don't want to interact with me because you are tired, need space, or just don't like the attention, I understand, I'm on your side. I'm one of your biggest fans and will defend you till the end.
