The SET Theatre is the latest part of Langtons Hotel. Langton House Hotel is a family owned and run hotel established in 1938 by Ned & Bridget Langton as a bar offering food, beverages and bedrooms for weary commercial travellers. Building and expanding Langton House Hotel continued over the next 70 Years and we are delighted to be still trading on the original service, character & charm, whilst the latest 21st century technology, service and values has been set into its very fabric.
The hotel bar and restaurant and nightclub have undergone radical programs of renovation and refurbishment over the years with the investment of a collection of lavish suites bringing our total bedrooms to 34. This makes us one of the only venues that can offer our artists and guests the complete experience catering for their every need.
The visually stunning interiors along with tasteful furnishings speak volumes about how greatly expanded the Langton brand has become over the years. Designed by the David Collins Studio in London this is their flagship theatre and have pulled out all the stops to make it the most beautiful and talked about venue in the country.
The hotel has won numerous awards over the years, of which we are very proud, namely the Black & White Pub of the Year four times in a row, the Black & White Super Pub of the Year along with ample food and service awards. Now with the theatre we strive to continue offering our patrons impeccable service and entertainment at great, affordable prices.
