no, it was the stock 3.3.... its already 'painted' its anodized so its the same thing. i dont know about the whole heat build up buzz. it only ran bout 2 degrees cooler with the anodizing striped! but this was prob b/c of new air filters and exhaust too. the black on it is tape... i taped it ...
