WHAT THE NEW TESTAMENT SAYS ABOUT CHURCH MUSIC (these quotes from the Bible are the standard of authority why the Anabaptists practice unaccompanied singing in worship) :
And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives - Matt 26:30; Mark 14:26.
And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God - Acts 16:25.
Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord (Ephesians 5:19).
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord (Colossians 3:16).
What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.(1 Corinthians 14:15)
WHAT DID CHRISTIAN TEACHERS FROM DIFFERENT GROUPS SAY ABOUT CHRISTIAN MUSIC IN WORSHIP (while most of these people quoted belong to both groups, Catholic and Protestant, that persecuted the early Anabaptists in the 16th century, they were correct in their understanding of the simplicity of new testament worship unaided by machines. This also shows that historically most churches practiced unaccompanied singing in church worship) :

"Our church does not use musical instruments, as harps and psalteries, to praise God withal, that she may not seem to Judaize." (Thomas Aquinas, Catholic)
"Musical Instruments in celebrating the praises of God would be no more suitable than the burning of incense, the lighting of lamps, and the restoration of the other shadows of the law. " (John Calvin, Presbyterian)
"I have no objection to instruments of music in our chapels, provided they are neither heard nor seen." (John Wesley, Methodist)
"The organ in the worship service is a sign of Baal." (Martin Luther, Protestant)
"We might as well pray by machinery as sing by it" and "Israel was at school, and used childish things to help her learn; but in these days when Jesus gives us spiritual food, one can make melody without strings and pipes... we do not need them. That would hinder rather than help our praise. Sing unto Him. This is the sweetest and best music. No instrument like the human voice." (Charles Spurgeon, Baptist)

Ka Sundance
beautiful channel and also the beautiful music.
Praise the Lord and thank you.
God bless.
God bless.
I feel that there is nothing wrong in doing this as most of the songs have credits which point viewers to want to buy the complete recordings.
Respectfully and simply.
Michael.
