September Song Community Theatre has organized and performed a Broadway musical for the past thirty-five years. This is our fourth year at our new location at Century High School in Eldersburg, Maryland. Founded by Arnie Hayes and Robert "Doc" Kersey, September Song is a non-profit community theatre whose proceeds benefit CHANGE, Inc. and the Carroll County Therapeutic Recreation Council, two wonderful organizations that provide services to developmentally disabled citizens of Carroll County, Md.
This September event engages a wide segment of the Carroll County community, and now regularly includes volunteers from Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Frederick Counties, as well as nearby Pennsylvania. This year, September Song will be presenting five performances of The Sound of Music, a wonderful musical meant for all members of the family. Audition dates and times will soon be posted on this website.
