The mission of this list is to facilitate the rescue of pets in the South Eastern United States. We invite all states to participate, since other states would be the beneficiaries of these pets, particularly the northeast. Furthermore, if anyone wishes to discuss legislation and active effort to put an end to the killing, the list will allow for the discussion.
