Dear City of Port Adelaide citizen,

Your state really needs to re-examine it's town planning policies, and assist those mature industries with relocation, and or retrofitting for a cleaner process. I'm no expert in the foundry industry, but I am guessing that no amount of filtering for cleaner production will be both effective and economical for Bradken Resources. Their best alternative being to gradually relocate to a more suitable site, with minimal interruption to production in the transition process.

The City of Adelaide, the State, and perhaps the Federal Government should assist industries, like Bradken Resources, to be better corporate citizens.

What happens when polluting industries find themselves surrounded by housing development? People get sick, the companies won't move. This is the situation in Kilburn, South Australia, right now.
