No doubt about her talent with bluegrass, but she's not limited to that. If you want to hear an angelic voice in a different genre, listen to Alison sing "The Wexford Carol" with Yo Yo Ma on cello/ It's on youtube, so just search for The Wexford Carol Alison Krauss

Barbra Streisand vs. Ella Fitzgerald- Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered
Which classic songstress owns this standard?

I guess I'm in the minority, but I think Ella is the better of the two. Barbra's version, to me, is more or a demonstration of the vocal tricks she can create rather than a styling of the song that Ella does.

Terrific sound (and kudos to the input of the photos too). Cal Tjader is one of my favorite Latin jazz musicians and Fischer's tune on his keyboard is wonderful. Thanks.

If you look closely, the older fellow and his wife (Grandpa and Grandma in the video) are in real-life John Schuck and is wife Harrison. You might know John better as Rock Hudson's aide in "MacMillan and Wife" or as the suicidal dentist in the movie "MASH".
