Okay, here I go again. I'm back on my diet. I went back to my old eating habits and gained again. Let's do this one more time! I want to improve my life. That is the whole reason for doing what I have done. I resigned from my job and I moved to a new city. I now have a new job that I started as part-time and in just 3 months I am now full-time (and with health insurance, yay!) I want to start eating healthier and exercise every day. At the same time I want a complete makeover. I want to loose at least 125 lbs. and get healthier. I'm doing it the Atkins way. My goal is to eventually to go raw someday. Every day is a new day and I need to live it second by second, minute by minute (By the looks of it err, umm, year to year as well.). I will get to my goal! Woo Hoo!

My goal is to lose 2 a week. As you can see I began my diet again. At least I didn't go back to 251.5 lbs. or more.

I love cooking, gardening and my most favorite is making beaded jewelry. I love surfing the internet. I am addicted to watching videos and reading about low carb and raw food. I am also learning about feng shui...very interesting!
