Born and raised in Knott Co, just a few miles from Harlan.I worked the coal mines of the region, and I am very proud to say I am an east Ky Mountain Boy. I am related to Ralph and Carter Stanley, and I carry on our bluegrass traditions with Honor. D.Stanley
