I was bullied by a cop a week ago on my home from a movie with my kids in the car. I am tired of cops and their tweakish high anxiety behavior. What can we do to stop this?

Looks like an aneurism, blood clot reached the brain, sort of thing. Definitely a seizure. Poor guy. Could have happened while munching in a field too though. And as for not wanting to watch a horse die on youtube? If you don't want to, don't. It is good to know what this looks like.

It is a beating, because he was out of control. He didn't say "you are going to get x many swats." He beat her until his rage was gone. She was traumatized. He still traumatizes her. He was out of control, and clearly still is and I worry about her little sister still living at home.
