BECOMING BLOND is writer and director Kevin Duffy's first feature film. His first film, a five-minute short made in 1995 entitled "Cheap Flight," screened at the Hampton's International Film Festival, Outfest L.A., and the American Cinematheque among other venues. It was called "witty" by the Los Angeles Times and "very funny... the quintessence of brevity and simplicity" by Frontiers magazine. "Cheap Flight" was eventually sold to and aired on the Sundance Channel.
