Thankyou for sharing it helps others i been dellaing with panic attacks since fall 2005 they went away no meds, therapy in 2007 thigns were going well until fall 2010 they returned with a vegeance, and its been and off/on thing with me sometimes i can go for weeks or months no major panic attack...
