It's called a sonic boom. It's a tell tale sign that the sound barrier has been broken. Exposed flaw in the 700mph verbiage. Plus at the distance this video was taken the camera man would have broken his neck following a plane at 700 mph. Cool shot of the Blue Angel though.

@dojocho- Not really. I don't use the stove in warmer weather. By the time I fire up the stove it's cool enough outside that it doesn't overheat the walls.
