I highly recommend this series by Berklee's Richard Davis. This is so absolutely NOT true. I did the course in late 2007 and bought a SFH in Price Hill, Cincinnati in 2008. This is where the class met and was suggested where we buy. It has been a nightmare ever since. 2 evictions, $7,000 in rehab after tenants destroyed the place, $450 in monthly heating...
