@SecretsOfLongevity I see. I wasn't sure if you meant the use saw palmetto by itself so I questioned if using nettle root with saw palmetto somehow might help prevent the increase in estradiol caused by saw palmetto alone. I will stick with nettle root only since I have noticed slight side effect...
