watched this probly 100 times or more the past 2 yrs, definitely one of the greatest rock drumming performances ever recorded (and of a great song too boot...)

@jsteelman1000 For the stadium shows they have used two sets since at least the Steel Wheels tour (they leapfrog the steel structures). They just move the backline (and maybe the lights and video) each nite. Stufish.com is a great site, has lots of detailed info on all thier recent productions ...

Last time I saw them, in '06 I think it was in Atl, Brown Sugar was the last song of the night, and after it "ended" Keith was at the front of the stage all by his lonesome continuing the riff a couple of bars before he realized he was supposed to stop. Pretty funny...

@MMRJL Absolutely right - I keep coming back to this song on a regular basis. It's really terrific. When he played it on that tour, he had the whole place hushed. Saw him last month live and thought, he's one of the few people I could listen to play for hours on end.

Yep, saw Ray in Atlanta last week, it was great. As I told the person next to me, I could have listened to him for hours on end.

Thanks for posting these, great to watch. Saw Woodward and Bernstein give a talk last night and they were wonderful, they can still make it all really come alive.

Excellent demo. I have one of these I bought new from GC about 4.5 years ago, it was hands down the best tone for the money at the time. Gigged w/ it for 2 yrs and was a solid performer (only prob is am about to start playing again and the tolex is mildewed, eww..)

Great job on that (and great taste in music - saw Ray do this live 2 yrs ago and it was the hilite of the night).

It's worth the wait. I went last night with tempered expecations and was very pleasantly surprised. The band is excellent, esp. on Tommy; Roger looked very fit and in strong voice. Am usually sick of B.B.E. but loved how they beefed up the vocals on that last chorus, added a nice twist.
