Apprenticeship Carolina™ Apprenticeship Carolina's primary mission is to ensure that all employers in South Carolina have access to the information and technical assistance they need to create their own demand-driven registered apprenticeship programs. We accomplish this mission in cooperation with our 16 technical colleges across the state, the South Carolina Office of the US Department of Labor-Office of Apprenticeships, our colleagues in the workforce investment system, and other key stakeholders who are dedicated to enhancing the competitiveness of South Carolina employers.

LTA Rally One in three—33%—technical college students relies on Lottery Tuition Assistance to achieve their career goals in South Carolina. That's nearly 40,000 students each year who depend on LTA to continue their education. We encourage the SC General Assembly to protect LTA funding for technical college students. Our states future depend on making a quality education accessible and affordable.

The System is comprised of 16 technical colleges located strategically across the state and its statewide affiliate programs: the Center for Accelerated Technology Trainings readySC™ program, Apprenticeship Carolina™ and competeSC™.

The SC Technical System is committed to helping increase the employability of all South Carolinians by ensuring they are fully prepared for the careers of today and tomorrow.
