Fantastic advert - I am so proud of being Scottish/German - the best mix in my opinion.....I love the tongue in cheek idea behind this advert. Germans and and Scots get on so well, and can laugh together. The guy in the advert is an Uber Bavarian!!

The 10 miler should be totally achieveable for all of the candidates..when you go for P Company you should have done a 12 miler..so psychologically you can hack it...what you have never prepared for is the stretcher race - to me the hardest event of them all.Bar none.
