I have finished week 5 of P90X and have begun week 6. The workout intensity is much higher than it was. Pushups and pullups from crazy angles definitely add a whole new level of difficulty.
I can see some muscle definition where there was none before. Or maybe it was there and I melted away some of the fat. Either way, I am encouraged.
Hope I can inspire people to take action the same way all of the P90xer's have inspired me!
