@ blakedicarlol Supplements should be avoided until you reach 18. IF you are going to use supplements then potein is your best bet. As you are still growing (which means GH are still high) you might need more protein than you eat. Most teenager/unexperienced people will tend to try supplements to get bigger but they often train in a way that's not appropriate for their build and training experience. If you have money that you want to spend on your body, try hiring a personal trainer that's gonna give you the right training for you. Trainings you can find on internet usualy are great but sometimes oriented towards more experienced lifters.
