I wish there was more videos from this company. the product is great so far. small issues here and there but at least there is technical support in english unllike some other products out there.

The techsupport is horrible and the servers are terrible. All supprt is India which makes almost impossible to deal with directly. The units suck up nothing but resources and they can never figure out to solve it and i guess that is why they are switching to cloud. but i do not recommend them. So...
