you should move your hand for the re-appear, also move you hand smoother, you shake your hand down the up, its rigid and not fluid enough, try flicking your wrist like you are throwing the card up as you flip the card to the back, it will look better.

this is a good thing, so is the masked magician, if the tricks that are repeated by every magician year after year are revealed then they have to design newer better tricks, therefore we see new tricks that are better and harder to explain.
