About Me:
Music is my life, I love (and attempt to play) basically all kinds. When I'm not strumming my acoustic (Edna!) and attempting to sing, I'm either rocking the bass (my main instrument), shredding (or just cuddling) Eliza (my electric, also the very first guitar I ever owned), pretending to be a decent pianist (I think I might be getting there - very, very slowly), messing around on the drums, honking away on one of the several wind instruments I play (tuba, euphonium, trombone, trumpet, saxophone), or just fiddling around with whatever other musicmaking devices I can get my hands on.
I'm a senior at Columbia College Chicago studying music business and audio arts. I know I'm not likely to get much of anywhere with my music, but it's a hobby, a passion, and an addiction that I'll probably never shake.
I mostly post live acoustic covers on here, but I'm working on original material (mostly with full arrangements) as well. I am nearing the completion of my first full-length solo album, Priced to Sell. I am also working on a possibly collaborative EP, tentatively titled Pass Down Heartbreak (yes, that is in honor of Tegan and Sara; no, I am not ashamed). Tracks from these projects, as well as other more "polished" work, will be posted on my other sites.
