hey, the easiest way is to use a free downloadable program called hypercam. google it and download the latest version. using it is pretty self explanitory, you can choose which bits of screen to record and once you press stop on the recording it spits out an avi (usually into your documents). form there you can use windows movie maker or somehting like it to spee dyour videos up.
