I think I speak for a lot of us when I say, "PLEASE DON'T GO ANDERSON!!!" Why would he want to leave at such a young age with lots of great years left in him? Well, it may have something to do with the fact that Dana fucking White doesn't pay him anywhere near the salary he deserves.
