New York State of Martial Law! This happens all the time here on Long Island, I got 2 tix this past Summer. Doing 55 MPH (yes my age too!) on the LIE in the right lane. I see a Trooper in the Middle of the HOV lane and I am in the far right. Bam he is on my bumper, his due cause for the Stop.....
