After Bxg7+ Qe7 is not possible since the king is checked. The king can either take the bishop or move, since no one else can take the bishop. Obviously the king takes the bishop, then Qxf3, and black has essentially exhanged his queen for a bishop a knight and a pawn. Horrible move
