I'm dying to use 3.4. The improvements here are even more drastic than they were from 3.0 to 3.2. Really impressive work- I can't wait to use it with my tablets.

Yes. Any GTK or Qt application should work, as long as it doesn't depend on anything x86 or x86_64 specific. Technically it's a Java application, but it does run on ARM.

The only things that won't run will be some closed software and plugins like Skype, Flash, and a few commercial games from the ...

It's true- it's such an unnecessary holiday. The best I see is people getting all nervous to make it a perfect day. I totally agree that we should just be really sweet on any occasion.

Applications? The performance seems a little laggy. There's definitely a delay between movement. Maybe this is due to the state of the graphics drivers for X11 on the Spark?

This was definitely a highlight of the series for me- the writers seemed to have a lot more fun with DS9.

@ShiningScias VirtualBox's 3D drivers don't support the prerequesites for Wayland, unfortunately, so you'll have to test it directly on Intel hardware, or use the open source drivers for ATI and NVIDIA cards.

If only the people watching these presentations didn't move.
