I can't say what my favourite Christmas present was because I like most of them so much, but to mention a few things I got: A wall calendar with pictures of orchids, a Christmas decoration thing and some really cute and comfortable home socks :)

Has the German competition before the Eurovision song contest been there yet? We've had the Danish competition already.

I actually don't know if there is a difference between sparkling wine and champagne, since I'm not exactly sure what the term "sparkling wine" covers. However, I think that sparkling wine can probably be with some different tastes, whereas, as far as I know, champagne only has one core taste, but it can be dry or not dry or sweet or not sweet or something like that (I think!).
But I actually don't like champagne, so I'm not completely sure. It's a tradition to drink champagne here at New Year's, but I usually just drink some "sport" soda, which kind of looks like champagne instead :)

I see. Haha, that's cool that you have such a cool pencil case that you like to just sit and look at it :D And of course it's always nice when we get "hooked" on a new book series, TV series etc. I haven't heard of "Ruby Red" before.

Cool that you don't like coffee either. I do know Oreos and they are some great cookies too, but not sure that I've heard about Ballerina cookies before. I guess I'll have to Google them :)

Yeah, I do think having TV Advent calendars is fun, so yeah you could request that to some TV station - either for Germany to make a TV Advent calendar or maybe at first they could try to buy one made in another country, like a Danish or Norweigean one but with dubbed voices or subtitles of course, to see if it's something the German people would like, before the TV stations there would decide to make one for themselves.

What does the bow at the top of the Christmas tree represent? Is it, like, for showing that the tree and Christmas is a gift, or?

LOL. Yeah, someone talking a lot about one of the actors during a movie can be really distracting and in some cases annoying, e. g. if we haven't watched the movie before, aren't crazy about that actor, and/or if we don't like the person who is talking, a lot.

I seem to have watched the trailer of "Never let me go" once - it seems pretty scary! Is it?

I see, that sounds like a nice New Year's Eve. Were your friends throwing a party, since you preferred to stay home?
We decorated a bit for New Year's and watched a few episodes of some TV shows we have on DVD, ate something nice for dinner (white bread with fillet of fish on it) and watched a bit of TV. And at midnight we watched the town hall clock on TV and toasted each other, and after that we watched the fireworks outside our house.

Omg. I watched a dance movie from Québec and I just... dance is amazing, really. But could you please be original with your dance movies? They're all the same! Step up 1-2-3, the one from UK (forgot the name), this one from Québec... Everytime, same thing. SAME DAMN THING. :( lol

Ok! As I said I know PLL, haven't watch the lying game, have watch GG until... 2x03 I think and TSC I was dissapointed about the first book and I heard from people that the show kind of takes direction that are not that interesting so I kind of hesitate to watch it. :P
