@rollipolioli Keep practicing. It took me about a few weeks to learn how to play the C-major scale on both hands at the same time. Once I got past that initial mental and physical hurdle, I found that other tow-hand things began to get easier. So just keep at it.

It's a toss-up between the Mark I and II. Maybe a slight edge to the Mark II, which had the warmest, fattest tone. I would place the Nord in third place, followed by the Mark 7, which was easily the worst sounding of these instruments.

Love that Rhodes piano sound! That's the sound of the '70s, man!

I love TDN, but this isn't one of my favorites. It's got too much of a novelty-song feel with those character vocals, and that circus-like riff throughout.

Skip Konte is pretty funny in this video, though. I wonder why he was with TDN for only three years?

I saw ELP on this tour. They played in Phoenix at what was then called Desert Sky Pavilion, an outdoor amphitheater out on the west side of town. I was in the third row or so.

In your demos, you always conduct what you refer to as a "scaling test." What do you mean by that? What are you playing exactly?

@bluez59 Dude, the song is not called "Bullfrog," it's "Joy to the World," made famous by Three Dog Night. Yes, the opening line is "Jeremiah was a bullfrog," but that's not the title.
