There is a theory that babies that are held constantly, when older, strive to get away from that feeling of largness, they become skinny people. Those that are left alone too much strive for the largeness of being held by carer and they tend to over eat when upset.

@Spagoochy Asda always mark's thier bananas down when they get ripe. Asda also do vegan chocolate. Check cheapest lines, Tesco's cheapest own brand Mince Pies have NO dairy. (But heaps of fat). Lots of frozen veggie burgers and vegan sausages in Tesco's, pretty cheap.

@CreateYourWorld1111 I live half the time in a hot country and half the time in the UK, It is much easier to get active in the cold then the hot. The heat saps your energy, the cold makes you want to jump up and down to get warm!

They feed the rats strychnine round here. Watching a cat die from eating a rat that was slow because it was dying from strychnine is a really painful heart wrenching process. About 30 mins of agony. The whole world need sorting out........
