I think you got several things mixed around - Two for the Road was Mancini's favorite song, Moon RIver was written by Mancini/Johnny Mercer to fit Hepburn's vocal range who did in fact sing that tune in Breakfast at Tiffany's; but Hepburn had her voice dubbed in My Fair Lady by Marni Nixon.
