@nofatman Derry City are supported by catholics mate...most likely why they play in the LOI with all the catholic teams from the Republic. Most teams in the NI league are protestant, so imagine the week-in, week-out shite you'd be putting up with if you were a Derry supporter in the NI league.

Sam and Louis Myers (I'm pretty sure) played on heaps of Walters recordings...no bass guitar in a lot of his stuff, just two guitars with one hitting the rhythm notes. I love the fat boom at the beginning of each bar....like "Nobody but you" tune which is similar to this.

Thats Little Walter on the Harp....never heard Walter Horton blow that harshly and brilliantly. Same harp as "Iodine in my coffee" basically...pretty much the same tunes.
