I couldn't find the link to the respond to lucid dreaming but if you must know. When I seen myself in the mirror I seen a demon that I fell every heavenly victom to. I cheated did drugs everything all kinds of self indulgences I had realized that mirror image was me and I couldn't escape that demon because it was me and It just stared and laughed. Look in the mirror if you dare. You might think your innocent but if you see that lucid mirrior I bet you'll shit yourself. It's a real demon inside you trust me. I've seen it. I speaks to me at night. Maybe your lucky but I've been crippled by it in waking life.
