so, i'm kevin, and i'm kind of obsessed with cluttered old bookstores, pre-1960s Los Angeles, science & skepticism, linguistics, lowbrow art, urban exploration, Jimmy Stewart, conspiracy theories, sick inappropriate humor, linux, and secular activism. i was a lonely geek in highschool and always got picked last at PE. these days i program websites for a living, go see independent films, listen to NPR, spend time with good people, fantasize about running away and living in the wilderness, read books, and take an unhealthy interest in being generally sarcastic.
