We are the friends of Colac Library Inc. [FOCL} Our Council the Colac Otway Shire Council want to close our public Library and put it inside a School, call it a "Joint-Use" Library. Over 4000 signed petitions against this have been ignored by our Council! Colac is Beautiful rural City population approx 14,000 and the entire shire about 24,000. The people of Colac don't want their public Library to close, please watch our videos as they will assist you in understanding how people feel about the proposed "Joint-Use" Library!
