Good question. The heavier band will give you more resistance - it just depends on how hard you want your workout to be,

Paleo is something I've never really looked at, though the way I'm eating now is fairly close to it: mostly meats, veggies and fruits and nuts. I rarely eat breads, though I like to have a whole grain pita turkey sandwich once in a while :) Guess I'll have to dig a little deeper and get some specifics - thanks for the suggestion!
Also, a lot of people have noticed that the P90X Nutrition Guide calorie estimates are way too high for some people. It's really a matter of testing it out for yourself and finding what works for you. I'm bumping up my calorie level halfway through my 2nd round of P90X here to see how it affects my results (esp. since I want to start gaining more muscle now that my bodyfat is down to decent levels).
