But what is "righteousness" according to Scripture ? Deu 6:25 And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before YHWH our Elohim, as he hath commanded us.

Rom 6:16: "Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves servants for obedience, you are servants of the one whom you obey, whether of sin to death, or of obedience to righteousness?"

2Jo 1:6 This is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, that as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it

1Jo 2:1 My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Yahushua Messiah the righteous.
1Jo 2:2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.
1Jo 2:3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments.
1Jo 2:4 He who says, "I know Him," and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1Jo 2:5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of Aluahim is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him.
1Jo 2:6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.
1Jo 2:7 Brethren, I write no new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you have had from the beginning. The old commandment is the word which you heard from the beginning

Dan 9:27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week; But in the middle of the week He shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering(which is what was performed under the Levitical Priesthood). And on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate, Even until the consummation, which is determined, Is poured out on the desolate." (This is a Prophesy of the Messiah's death and what His death would accomplish,the bringing in of the Melchizedek Priesthood and the end of atonement sacrifices and temple laws,because He was and is our ONE and only sacrifice standing at the right hand of the Father as Mediator between YaHuWaH and man.)

The objective of Torah(Covenant/Hebrews 8:10) is to teach us LOVE for YaHuWaH, and LOVE for our neighbor. Torah is a relationship. Those of us who are teaching others to obey Torah are doing it out of love. If people ignore Torah, they reject what Yahushua would bring to them and write upon their hearts. Allowing Him to write the love for Torah upon our hearts is what the "Renewed Covenant" is. It is receiving a love for the Truth, and we are then circumcised in our hearts and want to obey. We are not only free from the penalty of our former sin, but free of it's power over us; our inner nature is changed by the indwelling of Yahushua, and His seed (Torah) grows within us. On the day of our redemption, we will be grateful that Yahushua gave us His Spirit so we could see His point of view, and we could walk before Him daily showing our love for Him through our obedience

Its sad when Christians are approached with TRUTH they shut down and block you.
