Starting in the late summer of 2005, the then unconsiderable project 'Satyrnine' has now grown to a striking heavy metal band.

After some problems with the cast, particularly in finding a competent drummer, the line-up was finally stable in autumn 2008. Since then, Kevin (v.), Oli (g.), Steffi (dr.) and Chris (g.) focus on down-to-earth melodic death metal with viking and thrash elements.

The idiosyncratic mix of brute moshing parts, double bass attacks, blast beats and emotional arcs of melody creates a distinctive composition of the individual heavy metal styles without appearing mouldy or too modern...
