About Sara J Coleman
Sara J. Coleman is a DC Native Born in Washington DC. She is a pure, powerful and soulful vocalist that hungers to share what she has to others hearts through her voice and music. Among the many styles that Sara can sing, her heart lays with R&B, blues jazz and gospel. Quite a few people call her an old soul, but dang that girl can also rock out like no other and in contrast can be the most technical opera singer.
Because of Sara's range and the ability to still have the resonance and dynamics in each register of her voice, and also the ability to mimmick a LOT of styles, every voice teacher that Sara has worked with has called her voice "unusual".
Sara holds an Associates in Music and is currently going towards her Bachelors in Vocal Performance. She has been singing professionally for 7 years. Live and studio work. And FINALLY, her original material is coming out of the woodwork after all of this time.
