I don't love George only for his looks, I love him for his humor, sensitivity, etc. He was probably the sweetest Beatle. He had a heart of gold, and was overall really really great. Did any of the other Beatles practice guitar till their fingers bled? No. There's just something about George that makes him so great. I get chills down my spine whenever I see a video of him or hear him sing. George was, and will always be the best.

I bought a cheap sitar from a shop called India Craft in London. I hadn't really figured out what to do with it. But when we were working on "Norwegian Wood" it just needed something. It was quite spontaneous ... I just picked it up and found the notes and just played it. We miked it up and put it on and it just seemed to hit the spot. -George Harrison (The Beatles Anthology)
