To me this one could be a white kiddies helium balloon got loose when he said it changed you could not distictly see it had changed it could have been the light reflection it could have been a weather balloon I dont think it was a UFO .

further to my comment below I am not saying that there arnt extra terestrials and ufo's but this one to me definately seems to be a fake.
