Whoever says this is 30-100$ obviously has never done calligraphy.
Just go google "dip pen", and get the one for calligraphy. The most commercialized one is the speedball one, though (arguably) better ones can be found on specialty websites.

@fishdirt JohnNealBooks is where I get my calligraphy supplies. When I purchase less than $25 worth of stuff, I contact fellow calligraphers to share the shipping fee. Sadly, shipping isn't cheap and they have to make money as well.
