I am a married, full time mommy of 4 kids, and a full time student going for my CPA. I have been TRYING pole dancing for weight loss and re-toning after the 4 babies, my remaining love for fast foods and ANYTHING chocolate!I've been at it a year now and have lost 40 lbs. altogether! It really works! but BEWARE; it is very addictive! Not gonna lie, can be quite painful too; however, I take all my pole bruises and burns with pride, they show I accomplished something without killing myself :) LMAOAge

HOOKED ON THE POLE, LITERALLY!!!! I now have a whole new respect for the ladies that rock the pole daily! It takes strength, endurance, coordination and balance; and ALL at the same time....meanwhile being graceful, cute and sexy about it to a tune...INSANE! I GIVE YOU MY PROPS LADIES.
