While surfing, i realised that there were few channels that catered to Chinese music, and more specifically contemporary chinese classical music featuring contemporary chinese works or contemporay classical chinese musicians. Chinese music has been dominated by the same few pieces for too long! I hope, through the small means of this channel, that in some way, a greater (and might i dare say, international) awareness on the evolving world of chinese classical music would be created and fulfilled. Chinese music is still sterotyped to be antiquated and stagnant. The channel aims to showcase some of the best Chinese musicians in contemporary China today, take a look around and feel free to comment!
