I was a HUGE Bills fan during the 70's and into the early 80's and Joe Ferguson was one of my favorite players but he did have the knack at time...

@plntntvzn We will just have to peacefully disagree. The only thing I will say is O.J. was not calling the plays back then. I believe you could shift some of that blame to Lou Saban though he did help give the Bills three straight winning seasons in the mid 1970's.

I will say this about Walter and I know you will agree with me. Walter Payton was a COMPLETE running back. He could block, run, pass, kick and catch. Walter was a BEAST!

Great stuff. Two years prior down in Florida, Dusty beat Bass in a Bullrope match and had five minutes with James Dillon. The ref takes a bump, Bass comes in and piledrives Rhodes, puts Dillon on top of Rhodes and Dillon wins.
