a clean cut is way better... and im talking from my own experience..

first child i had came out too fast and thats why i got a tear.

second child i had they just cut it open themselves and it healed in 2 weeks.

while my tear didnt heal up right for four weeks...

so i am convinced having an episot...

i was too scared too have my first one at home and i wished i wasnt so scared cause it would have saved me allot of discomfort for 4 weeks...
